Director of Boarding: The Director of Boarding is responsible for the leadership, development, and day-to-day management of AISCT’s boarding program. As the school launches a small boarding program of approximately 8–10 students, this role will establish the culture, systems, routines, and standards needed for a safe, caring, well-supervised, and high-quality residential experience. The Director of Boarding will create a warm, structured, and inclusive boarding environment that supports student well-being, personal growth, academic success, and positive connection to the life of the school. The Director will oversee residential operations, supervise boarding staff, communicate closely with families, and ensure that the boarding program develops in alignment with school expectations and applicable South African legal and safeguarding frameworks. This is a founding leadership role for a growing program and requires a person who is highly relational, organized, calm under pressure, and able to build strong systems from the ground up.Â
Aquatics Manager: The Aquatics Manager is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, safety, and quality of AISCT’s aquatics program and facility. This consultant role provides centralised leadership and accountability across all aquatic operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable delivery of swim programming for students and the broader school community. The role involves approximately 32 hours per week, with the opportunity for private coaching to increase revenue.
Information Technology Intern:Â we are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Intern to join our Technology Team from 1 August 2026. Based on our campus in Cape Town, this internship offers a monthly stipend and is a strong opportunity for a current student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field to gain hands-on experience in a busy school environment. The role includes providing first-line technical support to students, faculty, and staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, installing and maintaining computer systems and peripherals, supporting IT security protocols, responding to help desk requests, assisting users with common systems and tools, and keeping accurate technical documentation. Applicants should have strong technical foundations, good communication skills, careful attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior relevant experience is an advantage.Â
