At AISCT, we offer an American curriculum and prepare students for American colleges and universities as well as those around the globe. The AP Program is the leading college preparatory program for United States colleges and universities, providing college/university level courses that can be taken in High School.
Most colleges and universities in the USA grant credit and placement for qualifying AP scores, so it offers students a great advantage to have taken their courses. Students are also better prepared for college and the learning level that will be expected of them. It is also an opportunity for them to explore which subject areas they are most passionate about.

AP Capstone Diploma
AISCT is proud to offer the聽AP Capstone Diploma, an innovative College Board program built around two courses: AP Seminar and AP Research.
Rather than focusing on a single academic subject, AP Capstone develops the skills students need to succeed at university and beyond. Students learn to investigate complex questions, evaluate multiple perspectives, analyze sources, construct evidence-based arguments, collaborate, present their ideas, and conduct independent academic research.
Through AP Seminar and AP Research, students develop the confidence and independence required for high-level academic work while exploring topics that genuinely interest them.

Advanced Placement courses provide students with the opportunity to experience university-level academic work while still in high school.
AP examination scores are recognized by universities around the world. Depending on the university and individual program, qualifying AP scores may contribute toward university admission, advanced standing, placement, or academic credit.
For AISCT students applying to highly selective universities around the world, AP courses also provide an internationally recognized measure of academic rigor and achievement.
